Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, you need to agree to my terms of service. Please read all the information below carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me via email or other social media platforms.IMPORTANT- Treat me with respect and patience.
- I will not tolerate requests involving serious abuse.
- I do not work with any images that could subject me to legal or administrative actions.
- I will not engage in activities that violate the rules of the social media platforms I use or pose threats to real people. This includes refusing to work with images of real individuals, whether public figures (such as actors or politicians) or private individuals (such as yourself or someone you know).NSFW- For NSFW commissions, you must be 18 years or older.
- I do not accept commissions with malicious intent or involving criminal activities. Fetishes will be discussed during the commission request.REFERENCES- Provide detailed references for the drawing, emphasizing relevant details such as art, colors, pose, facial expressions, explanatory text about anatomy, and other important details reflecting the character's personality.
- If instructions are vague or ambiguous, I will interpret and create the drawing based on my understanding of your request and information.CHANGES- Changes are allowed ONLY in the sketch, limited to 3 major modifications (such as poses or clothing requiring significant redesign) and 5 minor ones (such as expressions).
- No changes are allowed during the lineart or shading stage, only in the SKETCH.
- Color changes are allowed only in the base color display; modification is not possible after shading.OWNERSHIP- When posting the artwork anywhere, please credit me.
- You are paying for the digital service, not ownership of the artwork (copyrights can be acquired separately through a written contract), but you have basic usage rights.
- Private commissions (those not intended for public display) are only accepted for NSFW content; otherwise, I will include them in my portfolio.
- I do not create art for commercial use unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.COMMERCIAL[topic in progress]- For artwork intended for commercial use, a fee of 50% to 100% will be applied to the total order value.
- If there are additional details after the initial payment, the fee remains valid for the extra amount.
- The percentage of the fee will be determined based on your initial plans for the art and the scope of work, to be decided during the commission description. Credits for me, the artist, are required in any commercial use of the art.PROCESS- Minimum file resolution is 2000px at 300 dpi (you can request a size change).
- You will receive "wip" (work in progress) updates at each stage of the commission with a watermark: sketch, lineart, base colors, and final preview.
- The image will be provided in PNG format with a white background, transparent background, or solid and simple color background.
- Elaborate backgrounds are not included.
- Art can be sent via email or another preferred method.REJECTION- As an artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission, especially if it violates the terms of service.DEADLINE- Completion time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks (one month) from payment, depending on your position in the queue or my personal schedule.
- You will be notified when the queue progresses or informed of any unforeseen circumstances.
- Feel free to contact me at any time for information about the queue or progress. I strive to keep you updated on your orders.ADOPTABLES/CUSTOM- The terms of service also apply to adoptables, pokefusion commissions, and custom requests.PAYMENT- Full payment is required before the drawing, and the deadline begins after payment.
- No refunds are provided due to PayPal fees.
